Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and Spawglass Contractors, Inc. for the Old Settlers Buildout Project - Lakeview (Package 2).

The Round Rock City Council previously approved a Construction Manager at Risk agreement with Spawglass Contractors, Inc. for the delivery of the Old Settlers Park Buildout Project. This amendment is for a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction of the Old Settlers Buildout Project - Lakeview consisting of a larger pavilion, larger restroom (connected to sewer), stage, festival area improvements, lighting and electrical improvements, Joanne Land Playground Replacement, associated site amenities and landscaping. The Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project is $13,494,260.00. With City Council approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, construction could start in October 2024 and be substantially complete by October 2025.
