VPDF Sauls Ranch, LLC, has requested annexation of the subject tract into the City of Round Rock. The 55.77 acre property is located in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and is subject to a development agreement executed by the city and the owner in October 2022, in which the developer was permitted to begin development while in the ETJ and required to request annexation prior to conveying new homes to end users. All available city services are provided, and the property meets the contiguity requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code.
