Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with Patin Construction, LLC for the McNeil Road Extension Railroad Culverts Project.

 

Body

The McNeil Road Extension Railroad Culvert project opened construction bids on October 9, 2024. One single bid was received from Patin Construction. The bid was approved by City Council and after a lengthy back and fourth with RailPros the Notice-to-Proceed was issued on October 8, 2025. This Quantity Adjustment/Change Order (QA/CO) No. 1 is for the reimbursement of RailPro's invoices and Inland's surveying to date. The survey portion is in the amount of $62,750 and RailPro's portion is for $47,833.  The total amount for this QA/CO No. 1 is $110,583.
