Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for the Bob Bennett Building Additional Phases Project.

 

Body

This resolution consist of  Council’s approval, is removal of design services for Phase III and IV, as well as additional design services for Phase II Transportation/Utilities Building and Phase V Fuel Island and Wash Facility; related the Bob Bennett Building Additional Phases Project. These changes resulted in an overall deduct to the Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group of $1,511,700.

 

New Contract total $4,181,800.00.

 

 

Cost: -$1,511,700.00
