On January 27, 2000, the City of Round Rock entered into a Wholesale Water Supply and Wastewater Connection and Treatment Agreement with R&R Mobile Joint Venture (R&R) providing R&R with water and wastewater service for 230 living unit equivalents (LUEs).

R&R has paid for the original 230 LUEs and is now requesting one additional LUE to include a commercial unit occupied by Round Rock Refuse. R&R agrees to pay $4,025.00 for the water impact fee and $2099.00 for the Wastewater Impact Fee for this additional LUE.
