Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc for the Old Settlers Buildout Project - Athletic Performance Center (Package 3C-GMP 2).

 

Body

The Athletic Performance Center, Package 3C, consists of the Old Settlers Park track and fields, four pack synthetic soccer fields, remote restroom building, airnasium, Parks and Recreation administration building, and athletic center building consisting of a gym, fitness area, hyrdo therapy pools, high tech multipurpose room, and amenities. With the approval of the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) construction of the Athletic Performance Center, this project could start as early as September 3, 2025 and be substantially complete by April 9, 2027. The guaranteed maximum price for the Athletic Performance Center 3C Package is $71,496,519.00.
