Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for Audio-Video Equipment with Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC for installation of audio-video equipment for the Round Rock Sports Center.

Early on in the project the City built an area for a video wall board to display advertising, game bracketing, welcome signs and so on. This video wall display will be a series of monitors that will run all individual or in groups. Ford will also be working on upgrade AV throughout the facility.
