The City and Central Texas Refuse have entered into an Amended and Restated Refuse Collection Contract. The new contract will set forth terms and conditions for the collection, delivery and disposal of solid waste materials for residential customers, City facilities, the Downtown Commercial District, and all other commercial and industrial customers within the City.This Amended and Restated Refuse Collection Contract allows CTR to be the single vendor for all solid waste collection services in the City. This ordinance amendment summarizes the rates to be charged for solid waste collection services for commercial and industrial properties.
