Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Old Settlers Boulevard Bridge Project.

 

Body

Repairs are required for the bridge on Old Settlers Boulevard located approximately 400 feet west of the intersection with A.W. Grimes Boulevard. HDR previously investigated the bridge under a Work Authorization and submitted a report identifying existing deficiencies. This item requests authorization for HDR to prepare construction plans for the recommended repairs. The proposed scope of work includes full design services and construction administration. The total cost of the proposal is $129,875.80.
