The City has initiated the formal condemnation offer process after attempts by City staff to informally negotiate a purchase of the property without the threat of condemnation were unsuccessful. To date the owners have not provided any substantive counteroffer proposal or response to the City's written purchase offer dated 12.4.24, and the required final offer is scheduled to be sent 1.6.25.
