This agreement will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and “Quality Trailers and Parts Inc. for the purchase of trailers, truck beds, repair services and associated supplies used in the acquisition, maintenance and repair of City owned vehicles. This agreement was competitively bid as Request For Proposal (RFP) - 25031 and Quality Trailers and parts was selected as the best value to the city. This 60 month agreement will establish an authorized source for the City of Round Rock to purchase a wide variety of trailers, truck beds, related accessories and repair services.
This is a dual agreement.
Cost: $3,000,000.00
