Body
The 2011 Water Master Plan identified several water lines that will be required to provide sufficient water capacity to the Northeast Quadrant of the City. The University Boulevard Water Line Project consists of approximately 8,500 Linear Feet (L.F.) of 36" water line beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of F.M. 1460 and University Boulevard. The water line will proceed eastward through an existing 54" steel casing pipe in F.M. 1460 and then northward in a water/wastewater easement to University Boulevard. From this point, the water line will extend eastward along University Boulevard in a water/wastewater easement on the south side of University Boulevard to the future intersection of Arterial "A" / University Boulevard intersection. The Parcel 150 36" water line consists of approximately 6,500 L.F. of 36" water line beginning at the end of the University 36" water line at University Boulevard and generally running south along the future Arterial "A" route to County Road 112.
