Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Purchase of Fire Apparatus Testing Services from Fire One, Inc.

With this agreement Fire One, Inc will perform all required NFPA annual testing/inspections of the Fire Departments existing and future fire apparatus and provide detailed reports as to what actions need to be taken. These test/inspections will be conducted on site which will reduce the out of service time for each station. The initial term of this agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and may be renewed for two (2) successive twelve (12) month periods.
Cost: $18,625.90 per year
