Title
Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Non-Construction Advance Funding Agreement for an On System and Off System Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Deployment Project with TxDOT.

Body
This agreement was presented to Council on November 11th, 2014. This new version incorporates minor changes requested by TxDOT and Williamson County to the following portions of the agreement:

· Background Section (Page 1)- changed year to 2015
· Period of Agreement (Page 1) - changed to September 30, 2015
· Attachment C - Project Budget Estimate; revised budget to only include the remaining unexpended funds available to complete the project.
The City has completed all work related to its portion of the agreement and has been reimbursed in full by TxDOT since the original agreement was presented.

The goal of the Intelligent Transportation System Deployment Project is to share transportation incident data between the City of Round Rock, Williamson County and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Funding for this project was provided through a TxDOT administered grant with matching State and Federal funds. The City's up-front portion of the project was estimated at $831,942. Reimbursement to the City was in the form of $415,971 from the State of Texas and $415,971 from the Federal Government. The City paid the contracted vendor using general self-financed construction funds. To date, all invoices were paid by the City to the contractor, proof of payment was delivered to the State, and the City has been reimbursed for 100% of qualifying costs. Ultimately, the City of Round Rock's local participation cost was $0.
The City of Round Rock will furnish and integrate the communications cabling and equipment needed to support the exchange of information.
