On March 10th , 2015 the City held a public bid for the La Frontera II Reconstruction Project. This project publicly advertised on February 21st and February 28th, 2015 in the Round Rock Leader. Three sealed bids were received, opened and read aloud. The engineer of record has determined that Cash Construction Co. Inc. submitted the lowest, responable bid in the amount of $ 3,088,927.00.
