Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Term Renewal Agreement No. 2 with Allegiance Power Systems, Inc. for generator maintenance services.

This agreement will extend the term of the Agreement for the second and final of two (2) allowable consecutive twelve (12) month renewal terms, this agreement is for on-site preventative maintenance and remedial service by trained technicians for generators at various locations within the City.
