Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Silsbee Ford for the purchase of four (4) police vehicles.

General Services requested quotes from four (4) vendors and three of those vendors responded with prices. Although prices were close, Silbee Ford had the lowest overall bid. The three School Resource Officer, plus vehicles, were originally approved in this year's budget. Three 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Vehicles will be for the Resource officers and one vehicle will be to replace a unit that got into an accident and became totaled.
