The 2015 Street Maintenance Program (Pavement Repairs) project will provide a long lasting and durable driving surface for the intersections of Sunrise Road at Old Settlers Boulevard and Red Bud Lane at Forest Creek Drive. This project includes pavement repairs; edge milling; and asphaltic concrete roadway resurfacing with HMAC overlay.
Three (3) sealed bids for the 2015 Street Maintenance Program (Pavement Repairs) were received and publicly read at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 as follows:
Lone Star Paving Company $598,150.00
APAC $697,650.00
Alpha Paving Industries LLC $859,000.00
Lone Star Paving Company is the low bidder with a base bid of $598,150.00. No alternates were included with this project. City staff recommends the City of Round Rock award the contract for the construction of this project to Lone Star Paving in the amount of $598,150.00.
