Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Estrada Landscape Services for grounds maintenance services.

This agreement is to establish a multi-year contract with Estrada Landscape Services to maintain a portion of the grounds on the city right of ways, drainage/retenation and park land. Estrada Landscape Services will provide mowing services to include, but not limited to mowing, edging and trimming, raking, removing and disposing of litter.
Cost: $184,800.00
Source of Funds: General Fund & Drainage Fund
