Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Professional Services Consulting Agreement with Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates for development of a Master Transit Plan.

Body

On December 18, 2014 City Council approved the contract with Nelson/Nygaard to prepare the Transit Master Plan.  This Supplemental Agreement will add the Federal Clauses and extend the contract end date to November 15, 2015 . 

Nelson/Nygaard has been abiding by the federal requirements per their response to the RFP, adding them to the contract is a formality.  CIty staff decided to give additional time for public input, which made the original contract end date unattainable.

Recommended Action

Staff recommends approval.
