Body

Provide infrastructure improvements that follow the Southwest Downtown Master plan. These improvements include underground utility installation to meet ultimate buildout demands and surface improvements including wider pedestrian facilities, street lighting and roadway improvements. The project consists of the aforementioned improvements along Blair Street, from Main Street to McNeil Road; Bagdad Avenue, from Brown Street to Mays Street; McNeil Road from Lake Creek bridge to the Mays Street bridge, and Florence Street from Blair Street to McNeil Road.

Cost: $284,599.29
