Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Brenntag Southwest, Inc. for purchase of Water Treatment Chemicals (Chlorine).

On December 15, 2011, the City executed an agreement with Brenntag Southwest, Inc. for the purchase of Chlorine (One Ton Cylinders) for the City's Water Treatment Plant located on the north side of Round Rock near Westinghouse Road. One Ton Chlorine Cylinders are used to disinfect surface water. The term of the agreement was for three years with an option to extend the agreement for two additional 12-month periods. This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 is for the second 12-month extension of the agreement.
Cost: $101,600.00
