Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Chemtrade for purchase of Water Treatment Chemicals (Liquid Ammonium Sulfate).

On December 15, 2011, the City executed an agreement with General Chemical Performance Products, LLC for the purchase of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate (LAS). LAS is used to disinfect surface water at the City's surface water treatment plant located on the north side of Round Rock near Westinghouse Road. The term of the agreement was for three years with an option to extend the agreement for two additional 12-month periods. This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 is for the second 12-month extension of the agreement.
Cost: $54,000.00
