Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Restroom Facilities Limited for the purchase and installation of a restroom at Round Rock West Park.

This item will authorize the City to issue a purchase order to Restroom Facilities Limited for the equipment and installation of the restroom for the Round Rock West Park Improvements project. The restroom will replace the existing and aging restroom building on site.
The Round Rock West Park Improvements project is being funded through the 2014 General Obligation Bond. The project includes the demolition and relocation of existing park amenities, site prep, new construction of concrete flatwork, park amenity installation, and masonry.
Department officials met with the neighborhood numerous times over the past year to gather input on the park improvement plan and have been met with overwhelming support. The final plan presented to the neighborhood received positive feedback and the neighborhood was excited to see the redevelopment efforts by the city. It aligns with the Game On: Parks and Recreation Master Plan and the City Strategic Goals under Places and Spaces:
-Prevent neighborhood deterioration
-Improve City aesthetics, development and redevelopment quality, and sustainability
-Identify and plan for future connectivity and mobility needs and options
