Consider a resolution authorizing the adoption of the "City of Round Rock TxDOT Title VI Program" and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Non-Discrimination Policy Statement and Assurances.
Body
The City accepts funding from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). As a recipient of these funds the City is required to establish and implement a Title VI Program to assure non-discrimination in the execution of projects funded, in part, with TxDOT funds. The TxDOT Title VI Program addresses the requirements as set forth by federal regulations.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
