Consider a resolution amending the officers and employees of the City authorized to perform transactions with Texpool.
Body
The City has accounts with Texpool, a local government investment pool. Because Texpool has the unique standing of being operated as a quasi-state agency backed pool, changes in investment officers require council approval. This resolution is to update the employees who can perform transactions on these Texpool accounts for the new Accounting Managers.
Erica Solis, CPA, was hired in November 2015 and Lisa Haines, CGFO, was hired in March 2016.
