Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 3 with Cash Construction Co., Inc. for the Southwest Downtown District Infrastructure Improvements Phase 5A Project.

This Change Order and Quantity Adjustment includes moving a gas line to remove the conflict, demo inlet tops and repour tops with manholes access lids. The repair of an existing water line leak at Liberty and Mays Street, additional concrete for valley gutters, sidewalk etc., Quantity adjustments includes additional asphalt, tree wells, Thermoplastic Pavement markings, 65 linear feet of waterline pipe, mortared limestone rock wall and some overruns on driveway quantities. Total Change Order items are $162,295.00 and the total for the Quantity Adjustments is $ 190,947.40 for a grand total of $353,242.40.
