Dresser, Inc. would like to assign its Texas Enterprise Zone (TEZ) designation to Wayne Fueling Systems, LLC. A component in the state controlled process in completing the assignment is the City of Round Rock needs to pass a resolution approving the assignment.
Wayne Fueling Systems is working towards a filing deadline, as the TEZ designation expired in 2014. The TEZ statute gives the company until June 1, 2016 to file its job certifications and refund claims, so assigning the TEZ designation will allow them to cleanly close the TEZ designation.
