The purpose of this Agreement is to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Williamson County Emergency Services District No.9 for Fire Protection and Emergency Services provided by the City of Round Rock. This Interlocal agreement provides for certain fire protection, emergency medical first responder services, and other enumerated related services to the residences and
businesses located within the District No.9 not served by other contracted service providers of the
District No.9. The City of Round Rock will be compensated Emergency Services $.09 per $100.00 taxable value on the total Taxable Value of the District, minus the Total Taxable Value of Excluded Areas.
This is a revenue generating item for the City. FY15 expected revenue is $1,555,546.00
