Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2-78(d) regarding civil service classifications and number of positions and Chapter 2, Section 2-78(e) regarding assignment pay. (First Reading)*
Body
This ordinance will modify the number of positions in the fire department to include new positions that were added in the budget last fiscal year. Assignment pays were also added or updated to reflect the current needs of the fire department.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
