Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Cobos Design & Construction, Inc. for purchase of general building trade services (Painting).
Body
The initial term of the agreement was for three (3) consecutive twelve (12) month periods from the effective date of the agreement which was in 2013, this agreement also had two (2) allowable consecutive twelve (12) month renewal terms. This action will approve the first of two (2) allowable twelve (12) renewal terms.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
