Consider a resolution approving Travis Central Appraisal District's purchase of a vacant lot at 2304 Forbes Drive for future expansion of the appraisal district facilities.
Body
The Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) is in need of a new facility and it is required that the cities in the district approve a resolution approving the purchase of the land before they can proceed with it. This purchase was approved by the TCAD board on February 17, 2016. No additional revenue funds are needed for this land purchase.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
