Consider public testimony regarding the draft CDBG 2016-2017 Annual Action Plan.

In order to receive certain grants from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the City must submit a Consolidated Annual Action Plan to HUD which describes community needs, resources, priorities and proposed activites with regard to housing, community development, economic development and public services. During the development of this plan two public hearings are required. This is the second public hearing. The first public hearing was held before City Council on March 10, 2016. No comments were received. The public had from May 10, 2016 to June 22, 2016 to submit comments on the plan.
