This item is for Amendment #1 to the Texas Parks and Wildlife grants program agreement for McNeil Park. This amendment will allow for the conversion of the 18.414 acre McNeil Park (TPWD grant funded project) and replace it with 226.03 acre Behrens Ranch Park. This conversion is necessary to allow for the future sale or change in use of McNeil Park.
