Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Carrier Corporation for the purchase and installation of Air Handling Units at Clay Madsen Recreation Center.

With this agreement we are replacing 4 -16 year old Mcquay Air Handler Units with 4 new Carrier AHU at the Clay Madsen Recreational Center. The current air handlers at CMRC are old, rusted and non responsive. In order to better serve this building they must be changed out. As it stands right now, no repairs or adjustments can be made to the equipment.
Cost: $257,526.00
