Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Carrier Corporation for the purchase and installation of HVAC controls at Clay Madsen Recreation Center.

With this agreement we are replacing a 16 year old Siemens Energy Management System with Automated Logic Controls that will be compatible with the new Carrier Air Handler Units and the Carrier Chiller at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center. The current control system at the CMRC is outdated and unresponsive. We actually had this work anticipated for replacement in 2017, however the old controls will not communicate to the new equipment and therefore need to be replaced now.
Cost: $88,380.00
