Consider 3 appointments to the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation to fill expired terms.
Body
•Must reside in the city limits and three of the directors should be persons who are not employees, officers of the City or members of the City Council.
•Seven-member Board that serve two-year terms.
•Develops a combined Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP), which shall be approved by the City Council.
•The Board reviews and updates the TCIP once a year.
•Makes an annual report to the City Council reviewing the accomplishments of the Board.
•Accountable to the City Council for all activities undertaken by the Board.
