•Seven-member commission that serves two-year terms.
•This commission should meet at least once each year to review the Ethics Ordinance and make recommendations, if any, to the Council for amendments.
•They render advisory opinions of a request by a city official, employee, and board or commission member.
•This commission also considers possible violations of the Ethics Ordinance by complaint or on its own initiative.
