This annual Motorola Service Agreement provides service support to the Police Department’s communication dispatch infrastructure for the 2016-17 fiscal year. Covered under this service agreement are local infrastructure repair, on-site infrastructure response, network preventive maintenance, technical support services, and dispatch services.
The City has for years entered into regular maintenance agreements with Motorola to ensure the smooth function of the communications center equipment which serves both Police and Fire. It is an annually budgeted expense.
Cost: $66,783.36
