Body

During the programming and verification phase of desiging the Luther Peterson Facility the City of Round Rock and design team agreed there was a real need for the warehouse to be included in phase 1 of the design.  This change order allows that warehouse which was all ways part of the total project to be designed and potentially buils in phase 1.
