Consider a resolution to adopt the Texas Workforce Commission's wage rates as the prevailing wage rates to be used by all contractors or subcontractors on public works projects awarded by the City.
Body
The City finds that based upon the results of the survey conducted, it is in the best interest to adopt the wage rates set for by the Texas Workforce Commission for the Austin-Round Rock Areas the general prevailing wage rate for the City’s public works contracts.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval
