Consider an ordinance annexing 27.24 acres located northeast of the intersection of Greenlawn Boulevard and Pflugerville Parkway and an adjoining 2.858 acres of the right-of-way of Pflugerville Parkway. (First Reading)*
Body
The owner of the 27.24 acres has submitted a petition for annexation by the City. The property is less than one-half mile in width, is vacant and without residents or has fewer than three qualified voters residing on it and is contiguous to the existing City limits. The 2.858 acres of Pflugerville Parkway right of way is located on the southern boundary of the 27.24 acres, between it and the City limits to the south. The 27.24 acres is the subject of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning as a separate agenda item.
