Body

Staff has identified certain City owned properties and roadway segments which have not yet been annexed into the City limits.  These areas have been left out of previous annexations due to mapping discrepancies or oversight.  This ordinance will bring these areas, a total of 47.245 acres, into the City limits so that City services can be provided.
