Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to the Administration and Funding Agreement for the City of Round Rock Economic Development Program.
Body
The amendment to this agreement simply extends the term of the current agreement from September 30, 2016 to December 31, 2016, or until a new agreement is reached, whichever comes first. The current monthly funding amount will remain in place for the term of this extension. The Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development corporation will vote on the this amendment as well at their meeting also on September 22, 2016.
