Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.3 with Joeris General Contractors. Ltd. for the Old Settlers Park Multi-Purpose Sports Field Complex Project.

Body

This change order allows Joeris to complete a portion of Kenny Fort Road that accesses the north parking lot entrances to OSP Multi-Purpose Fields. Initially when this project went to bid the plans for the road project were not complete. The Full Kenny Fort extension is planned for the future. By building this portion of road now, we will have ingress and egress to the OSP new parking lots. Plans for this section have been completed for Transportation by K-Friese & Associates and the price came in just under their estimated budget of 1.4 million. Transportation will run the project management on this project.

Cost: $1,383,827                 

Source of Funds: HOT Funds (Road) and Type B (Intersection) Funds
