Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Rock Engineering & Testing Laboratory, Inc for construction material testing services for the Public Safety Training Facility Project.

Body

Rock Engineering will be responsible for Construction Materials Engineering services for the proposed Public Safety Training Facility Project. Rock Engineering will perform inspection and testing services, as requested by our designated representative. As a checks and balance throughout the projects the CORR contracts with a testing firm to ensure we are receiving the product that was designed and paid for. Since this project is for such a long duration Rock Engineering will station someone at the site full-time in order to satisfy our requirement and provide us with a high level of customer service.

Cost: $234,083.60
