On August 18, 2016, the City solicited bids for the purchase of eleven water treatment chemicals. DPC Industries, Inc. was the lowest bidder for Chlorine (150 lb. Cylinders). This chemical is used as the disinfectant at the City's ground water sites.DPC Industries has been an approved vendor within the City for more than 20 years. This contract with DPC Industries, Inc. is based on 250 cylinders of usage per year for an annual cost of $21,937.50. This contract is for five years and a total amount of $109,375.00.
