Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Technology for Education, LLC (TFE) for an Audio-Video System at the Multipurpose Complex.

TFE Connect will provide and install the audio/video system for the Multipurpose Complex. The City has worked with TFE on previous A/V projects including the renovation of Rock’N River. Item will be processed via TFE's DIR contract."
