This item will authorize the Mayor to execute a real estate contract with the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation, a Type B corporation, regarding the former gypsum site. After selling the land, RRTED will then execute a contract with Urban InTownhomes, LTD, to sell the land for the development of The Depot Townhomes.
