The bid is to provide all labor, material, and equipment to construct a right turn lane on Gattis School Road from just east of Surrey Lane to Mays Street.
HDR Engineering reviewed the bid tabs and wrote a recommendation letter for the apparent low bidder, Smith Contracting Co. Inc. The low bid was $1,733,500.45.
